What is CrossFit?

What is CrossFit? CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results. Kids, cops, firefighters, soccer moms, Navy SEALS, and grandmas all do CrossFit. In fact, hundreds of thousands worldwide have followed our workouts and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes. Welcome.

Getting Started

Getting Started is easy!

Simply send us an email to info@crossfitsewell.com to let us know you're ready to get started. We'll then be in touch to set-up your free trial. A workout buddy is encouraged, bring a friend!

Don't worry there's no commitment, no contracts or no hidden fees!

We're now open! We are offering a limited number of registrants the very special opportunity to get in on the ground floor with exclusive pricing and a guaranteed spot. Sign up now and receive our Monthly Membership at the DISCOUNTED RATE of $130/month or 10 classes for $150. The 10-class pass will not start until your 1st class & will expire in 6 months from then.

We offer a discount to all full time students, families/couples (sharing a household), Military & First Responders. Please email info@crossfitsewell.com for details.

One-one-one & private coaching is available by appointment. We offer 60 minute one-on-one sessions for $60 per session. Please email info@crossfitsewell.com to schedule these sessions.

Come check out 700 Barbell Club every Sunday 10:00 am - 11:30 am! Every session will be different & sessions are open to the public. $20 per session, $10 sessions for $150, or $130/month including unlimited access to all classes.
